Finding and filtering your campaign groups quickly.
Overview #
The filter bar sits at the top of the “Existing Groups” section and helps you find specific groups instantly.

| Search box | Find groups by name |
| Status dropdown | Filter by campaign status |
All filters work instantly — no need to click a button.
Search Box #
Type any part of a group name to find it:
| Feature | Behavior |
|---|---|
| Matching | Partial match — “black” finds “Black Friday Sale” |
| Case | Not case-sensitive — “BLACK” finds “black friday” |
| Speed | Results appear after you stop typing (300ms delay) |
| Clears | Delete text to show all groups again |

Status Filter #
Click the “All Statuses” button to open a dropdown with checkboxes.
Key Feature: Multi-Select #
You can select multiple statuses at once!

| ✅ Active only | Shows running campaigns |
| ✅ Active + ✅ Pending | Shows running + upcoming campaigns |
| ✅ Completed + ✅ No Dates | Shows finished + incomplete groups |
Available Statuses #
| Status | Color | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Active | 🟢 Green | Campaign is running now |
| Pending | 🔵 Blue | Waiting for start date |
| Completed | ⚫ Gray | Campaign has ended |
| Manual Passive | 🔴 Red | You paused it manually |
| Date Not Specified | 🟡 Yellow | Missing start or end date |
Dropdown Options #

| All Statuses | Shows all groups, closes dropdown |
| Individual checkboxes | Toggle each status on/off |
| Clear Selection | Unchecks all, keeps dropdown open |
Combining Filters #
Search and Status work together:
| Scenario | How It Works |
|---|---|
| Search “summer” + Status “Active” | Shows only active groups with “summer” in name |
| Search “vip” + Status “Pending” + “Active” | Shows VIP groups that are running or upcoming |
Order doesn’t matter — filters combine with AND logic.
Quick Tips #
- Start broad, narrow down — search first, then filter by status
- Multi-select for reports — check “Completed” + “No Dates” to find groups needing attention
- Clear search easily — just delete the text, no need to click anything
- Filters persist — your selections stay even after page refresh
