Group Filters – Bulk Actions

Manage multiple groups at once.


What Are Bulk Actions? #

Bulk actions let you perform the same operation on many groups simultaneously, saving time when managing large numbers of campaigns.


How to Use Bulk Actions #

Step 1: Select Groups #

Click the checkbox next to each group you want to include.

Step 2: Choose an Action #

The Bulk Actions dropdown appears at the bottom when groups are visible.

Step 3: Click Apply #

Press the “Apply” button to execute the action.

Smart Button Behavior #

The system automatically enables/disables actions based on your selection:

“Set as Manually Inactive” (Pause) #

Selection ContainsButton State

Why? You can only pause campaigns that are currently running.

“Set as Manually Active” (Unpause) #

Selection ContainsButton State
At least one Paused (🔴) group✅ Enabled
No Paused groups❌ Disabled

Why? You can only resume campaigns that you previously paused.

Delete #

Selection ContainsButton State
At least one group✅ Enabled
No groups selected❌ Disabled

Note: Delete works on any group regardless of status.


What Gets Deleted? #

When you delete a group, the following are permanently removed:

Warning: Deletion cannot be undone!


Error Messages #

When Pausing #

Selection Counter #

When groups are selected, you’ll see a counter:

“(3 selected)”

This helps you confirm how many groups will be affected.


Practical Examples #

Delete All Empty Groups #

  1. Set Advanced filter to “No Rules”
  2. Use “Select All”
  3. Choose “Delete Selected”
  4. Confirm the deletion

Pause All Active Campaigns #

  1. Set Status filter to “Active”
  2. Use “Select All”
  3. Choose “Set as Manually Inactive”
  4. Click Apply

Resume Holiday Campaigns #

  1. Search “holiday” in search box
  2. Set Status to “Manual Passive”
  3. Select the groups you want
  4. Choose “Set as Manually Active”
  5. Click Apply

Important Notes #

  1. Confirmation required — Delete always asks for confirmation
  2. Mixed selection OK — If you select 5 groups but only 2 are Active, “Pause” affects only those 2
  3. Page refreshes — After bulk actions, the page reloads to show updated results
  4. Filters persist — Your filters stay after the refresh
