Troubleshooting #

Problem: Badge stays Yellow #

Cause: Missing dates

Fix: Make sure BOTH Start and End are filled.

Problem: Can’t select past dates #

This is normal. Start date cannot be in the past.

Problem: Toggle doesn’t respond #

Cause: Your badge is Blue, Gray, or Yellow

Fix: Toggle only works when badge is Green or Red.

Problem: Toggle moves then snaps back #

Two possible causes:

What HappensCauseFix
Snaps back silentlyStatus is lockedCheck badge color (must be Green/Red)
Snaps back with error messageConflict with another groupChange dates or products to avoid overlap

Problem: Can’t activate – conflict error #

Cause: Another group overlaps with your dates AND products

Fix options:

  1. Change your dates to not overlap
  2. Pause the other group first
  3. Change product selection in one of the groups

Problem: Week button gives wrong days #

Cause: WordPress week setting is different

Fix: Go to Settings → General → Week Starts On

Problem: “This Month” sets same day for Start and End #

This is normal if today is the last day of the month. The button sets from “today” to “month end” — if those are the same day, you get a single-day campaign.

Before Going Live Checklist #
