Productivity Tips #

Finding Problematic Groups #

ProblemHow to Find
Groups without rulesAdvanced → “No Rules”
Groups without datesStatus → “Date Not Specified”
Expired campaignsStatus → “Completed”
Paused campaignsStatus → “Manual Passive”

Weekly Maintenance Routine #

  1. Check expiring: Sort by “End Date (Earliest First)”
  2. Find incomplete: Filter by “No Rules” or “Date Not Specified”
  3. Review paused: Filter by “Manual Passive” — do any need reactivation?

Before a Big Sale #

  1. Filter by “Pending” to see what’s scheduled
  2. Sort by “Start Date (Earliest First)” to verify launch order
  3. Search your sale name to confirm all related groups exist

Common Questions #

Q: Why don’t I see my group? #

Check:

  1. Is a search term filtering it out?
  2. Is a status filter hiding it?
  3. Is an advanced filter excluding it?

Fix: Reset all filters to “All” and clear search.

Q: Why is pagination not showing? #

If you have 10 or fewer groups (after filtering), pagination is hidden automatically.

Q: Can I change groups per page? #

Currently fixed at 10 groups per page. This may be configurable in future updates.

Q: Do filters affect Export? #

No. Export has its own options and ignores the current filter settings.
