Overview #
The Rule Behaviors tab contains settings that automate repetitive tasks when creating discount rules.

Auto-fill Category from Product Selection #
What It Does #
When you select products in a rule, this setting automatically fills the category field if all selected products share a common category.

| ✅ On (default) | Category auto-filled when products share one |
| ❌ Off | Category field stays empty |
How It Works #
Step-by-step:

Important Notes #
Category Field is Still Editable #
- Auto-fill is a suggestion, not a lock
- You can always change the category manually
- Auto-fill only triggers when category field is empty
